How long does it take for the liquid feed to start coming through?

This is typically within around 4 – 6 weeks maximum. Though it could be quicker, or longer, depending on the amount and type of food you’re putting in and the time of year (or rather prevailing weather and temperature). Once the liquid starts to come through you generally tap it off every week. Please remember if you leave the liquor in the sump and worms get in they will drown. The liquid feed can be used in the garden, but must be diluted 1 part food to 10 parts water.
