Can I get tracking information for my order?

If your order is being shipped by DPD, you will receive a text and email from them prior to dispatch and will be given a timeslot.

With Tuffnells, they usually send an email on the day of dispatch, but we can supply a tracking number if requested.

Royal Mail deliveries have tracking information, but it doesn't usually update online until an order has been attempted. Again, this can be provided if requested.
